Career Areas in Ground Handling

Ramp Operations: The operational core of ground handling. Ramp agents and supervisors manage aircraft marshalling, pushback, baggage and cargo loading/unloading, fueling coordination, and GSE operations. Ramp roles require physical fitness, safety consciousness, and the ability to work in Bali’s tropical outdoor environment. Certified training includes ramp safety, aircraft type familiarization, and GSE operation per KP 635 standards.

Passenger Services: Passenger handling agents manage check-in, boarding, and arrival services for commercial airlines.
