For departures, clients arrive at the VIP terminal for private check-in and emigration, then are escorted by vehicle directly to their aircraft on the apron. Aircraft has been pre-positioned, cleaned, fueled, and prepared for departure by our team.

For peak season (July-August, Christmas/New Year), we recommend 1-2 weeks advance booking due to high demand. Emergency or short-notice arrivals can be accommodated within 12-24 hours subject to permit and slot availability.

What are the landing fees for private jets at DPS?

Landing fees at DPS are set by Angkasa Pura I based on aircraft Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) and are separate from ground handling charges. Parking fees apply for aircraft remaining at DPS beyond the initial free parking period. Bali Ground Handling provides transparent fee schedules for all airport charges as part of our handling quotation, so operators have complete cost visibility before arrival.

Can you arrange overnight hangar parking?

DPS does not currently have enclosed hangar facilities available for transient private jet parking. Aircraft park on the open general aviation apron with our security team providing monitoring during the stay. For extended stays during Bali’s wet season, we arrange aircraft covers and increased monitoring frequency. We recommend operators requiring hangar storage consider positioning to nearby airports with hangar availability if extended outdoor parking is a concern.
